1. Our Role: Business vs. Service Provider

Depending on how you interact with Jump'N, Olu Designs acts as either a "Business/Data Controller" or a "Service Provider/Data Processor":

• As a Business: When you create an account, browse the app, or contact us for support, Jump'N is the "Business" (under CCPA) or "Controller" (under GDPR) of your personal data. We decide how that data is used to provide and improve the app.
• As a Service Provider: When you provide information specifically to an event Organizer (such as answering custom registration questions for a specific event), Jump'N processes that data on behalf of the Organizer. In these cases, the Organizer is the "Business," and Jump'N is the "Service Provider."

2. Information We Collect

To provide the Jump'N experience, we collect:

• Account Data: Name, email address, and password.
• Event & Interaction Data: Events you create, tickets you purchase, and your interactions with Organizers.
• Technical Data: Device type, IP address, and app usage statistics to ensure the platform remains stable and secure.
• Financial Data: While we use secure third-party processors to handle payments, we may collect transaction history (but never your full credit card number).

3. How We Use and Share Data

We use your data to facilitate event discovery, ticket sales, and platform communication.

• With Organizers: When you register for an event, we share your name and email with the Organizer so they can manage the event.
• With Service Providers: We share data with trusted partners who help us with payment processing, cloud hosting, and analytics.
• No Sale of Data: Jump'N does not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

4. Data Security Measures

Olu Designs is committed to protecting your personal information. We have implemented a range of security measures, including:

• Encryption: Using industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
• Access Controls: Restricting access to personal data to only those employees and contractors who need it to perform their jobs.
• Monitoring: Regularly auditing our systems for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.

5. Your Rights: Access and Deletion

• Access: You can request a summary of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
• Correction: You can update your account information at any time directly within the Jump'N app settings.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information. Please note that even if we delete your account, we may be required to retain certain financial data for tax or legal compliance purposes.
• Organizer Data: If you want to delete data that an Organizer collected specifically for their event, you should contact that Organizer directly.

6. International Data Transfers

Jump'N is based in the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside this region, your data may be transferred to and processed in a country that has different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure your data remains protected according to this policy.

7. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Services. We also retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
